"Giving everyone a chance to dance!"
ZUMBA!
I teach Zumba to adults only on Mondays and Thursdays from 8:45 pm to 9:45 pm. We have room for anyone interested. It is A LOT of fun! I focus on abs, arms, and upper thighs and we dance to LOTS of fun, hip hop music. Come "join the party" anytime! The first time is free!! WE burn lots of calories, while having lots of fun! I would love to see you there!

Why we dance!
Sugar and Spice Dance Co. teaches dancers a variety of styles and techniques that will help develop coordination, grace, and even social skills. I feel that every little girl needs to feel beautiful and important. This is not a competitive "team". We are here to let the girls have fun, make new friends, and learn a thing or two about dance! Our costumes are well priced, modest, comfortable and this year they are beautiful! We perform 4 times in the spring and have one overall recital. I love getting to know the girls I teach, as well as the mothers. Thank you for giving us a chance and remember... When in doubt, DANCE!

I was told I could still bring the recipes next week! I totally left them on the counter when I walked out the door! anyhow... I will bring them next week.
